I have "known" Scott Bulger online for a couple of years now, mostly at CancunCare, a lovely forum I frequent that is a mix of ex-pats living in Cancun and frequent Cancun travelers. I have always enjoyed seeing Scott's photos, he has an eye for the details and the people of the Yucatan. Scott was kind enough to send me a copy of his book a few years ago, I always like perusing (and showing others) his photos. These pictures are beautiful... it reminds me how close Guatemala is from Mexico, not only in Kms...

Manolo- I have never been to Guatemala, but from everything I know, there are many, many similarities to this part of Mexico. The Mayans crossed all the modern day border lines and their culture is certainly a huge part of the influence on both Guatemala and the south of Mexico. Do you have any guayaberas in your closet? I keep buying them for Hubby because I think they are HOT, lol! I love seeing men in guayaberas, don't know why something so simple is so sexy to me. :)
